On July 18, 2020, an unknown third party gained unauthorized access to a RadNet server storing employee data and copied certain files to an external server. RadNet quickly discovered the activity, blocked further access, and retrieved the copied files. Affected data included names, SSNs, driver's license numbers, dates of birth, addresses, and passport numbers. Approximately 170 Rhode Island residents were affected.
