On or around December 4, 2021, an unauthorized party accessed the myCare Integrity platform and deleted databases. While there was no evidence AOKC patient records were accessed, PHI and PII (SSN, DOB, diagnostic info) may have been exposed. AOKC is notifying affected individuals and offering credit monitoring.
