Wilmer Cutler Pickering Hale and Dorr LLP notified the New Hampshire Attorney General on July 10, 2026, of a security incident occurring on May 8, 2026. An employee mistakenly provided client information, including names and Social Security Numbers, to an unauthorized third party who misrepresented their identity. Approximately 35 New Hampshire residents were affected. The firm contained the incident, engaged forensic experts and law enforcement, and is offering 24 months of credit monitoring via Experian.
