Superior Dental Care Alliance, Inc.

Community Dental Care, Inc. (CDC), a Minnesota-based non-profit dental clinic, notified the Maryland Attorney General of a data security incident affecting 3 Maryland residents. Unauthorized access occurred on or about December 6, 2024, and was discovered by CDC on December 20, 2024. The incident involved the unauthorized acquisition of personal information, including names, dates of birth, Social Security numbers, driver's license numbers, passport numbers, and medical/health insurance information. CDC engaged forensic investigators, notified the FBI, implemented additional security measures, and mailed notification letters offering 12 months of identity protection services to affected individuals. No evidence of misuse was found.
