Full breach record for Tele Atlas North America →Tele Atlas North America (TANA) notified the New Hampshire Attorney General on July 17, 2008, that its third-party benefits administrator, Willis North America, inadvertently misplaced backup tapes on June 9, 2008. The tapes contained names and Social Security numbers of TANA employees and dependents. TANA identified 496 affected New Hampshire residents. TANA sent notices to affected residents and Willis provided identity theft protection services. The incident was an isolated error with no evidence of criminal misuse.
