Brock Built Homes experienced a cybersecurity incident between October 17-20, 2025, discovered on October 21, 2025. A third-party forensic investigation determined unauthorized access occurred. Impacted data may include DOB, driver's license/state ID, financial/bank account numbers, health insurance policy numbers, medical history/records, passport numbers, payment card numbers, and SSN/ITIN. No evidence of misuse was found at the time of notification. The company engaged a cybersecurity firm, provided 12 months of credit monitoring and fraud assistance via Cyberscout (a TransUnion company), and is evaluating system security improvements. Notification was sent March 17, 2026, to residents in multiple states.
