Neinstein Plastic Surgery PLLC experienced unauthorized access to a practice email account between November 12 and November 20, 2025. The incident was discovered on December 2, 2025. The unauthorized third party accessed patient records containing names, dates of birth, contact information, driver's license or passport numbers, health insurance information, clinical information (diagnoses, treatments), credit card or financial account information, and Social Security numbers. The attack was financially motivated and targeted. The practice notified law enforcement, retrained employees, implemented additional technical safeguards, and offered one year of identity protection via Experian.
