On or around January 22, 2026, an unauthorized actor gained access to the network and acquired files containing names, Social Security numbers, and account numbers between January 22 and 23, 2026. Two Nebraska residents were notified on July 14, 2026. The organization notified federal law enforcement, implemented additional safeguards, and provided 12 months of credit monitoring through Kroll.
