Insurance Technologies Corporation (ITC) notified Delaware residents of a cybersecurity incident involving its cloud-based AgencyMatrix application. On February 27, 2021, an unauthorized third party gained access to the application, potentially exposing personal information including names, Social Security numbers, driver's license numbers, dates of birth, and usernames/passwords. ITC contained the incident on March 4, 2021, notified federal law enforcement, retained forensic investigators, reset passwords, and offered one year of complimentary credit monitoring via TransUnion.
