On or about August 14, 2025, Marquis detected suspicious activity. MACU was informed on October 27, 2025, that an unauthorized third party accessed Marquis' systems. The breach affected 35 Nebraska residents, exposing names and Social Security Numbers. MACU provided 24 months of credit monitoring and fraud services to affected individuals via Epiq. Notifications were mailed on January 22, 2026.
