The breach affected one New Hampshire resident, whose name and Social Security Number were potentially accessed between January 4, 2020, and July 1, 2020. OSC engaged forensic investigators, secured accounts, and offered one year of credit monitoring via Kroll to the affected individual. Notification to the resident began on March 10, 2021.
