Cardinal Services, Inc, Cardinal Employer Organization, and Preferred Employer Solutions, collectively (“Cardinal”)

Cardinal Services, Inc. and affiliated entities reported a data security breach to the California Office of the Attorney General. The incident involved unauthorized access to personal information, including names, Social Security numbers, dates of birth, and financial account numbers. The breach affected individuals across multiple states, including Iowa, Maryland, New York, North Carolina, Oregon, Washington D.C., New Mexico, and Rhode Island. Cardinal offered complimentary credit monitoring and identity restoration services to affected individuals.
