PCF learned of the incident on January 11, 2013, with the first known occurrence on December 24, 2012. An earlier isolated incident occurred in July 2012. Approximately 1,974 current and former employees were potentially affected, including 15 New Hampshire residents. Affected data may include names, Social Security numbers, and financial account access credentials. PCF has engaged law enforcement, changed account access processes, and is reviewing security policies. The investigation is ongoing, and the method of access and responsible party remain unknown.
