(BMT), a consulting firm, disclosed that an employee unintentionally emailed a document containing personally identifiable information (name, address, date of birth, SSN, and limited health insurance info) of nuns from a client religious organization to two individuals at other religious organizations. The incident was discovered on October 16, 2015. Three New Hampshire residents were affected. BMT contacted the recipients, who deleted the document. BMT retrained staff, reviewed policies, and offered credit monitoring.
