Prestige Care, Inc.

On September 7, 2023, Prestige Care, Inc. became aware of suspicious activity on its computer network and determined the network had been infected with malware that prevented access to certain files. An unauthorized actor may have accessed systems storing personal and health information of current and former employees and residents. On December 18, 2023, Prestige Care confirmed affected individuals. Notification letters were sent January 31, 2024, and 12 months of complimentary credit monitoring was offered.
