SEI Private Trust Company, a third-party administrator, discovered a software coding error on Nov 29, 2018, allowing 11 customer employees to view participant names and SSNs. 170 NH residents were notified in March 2019. SPTC disabled the tool, corrected the error, and provided one year of credit monitoring.
