The incident affected approximately 8 New Hampshire residents, whose names, Social Security numbers, dates of birth, and benefits enrollment information were compromised. NCH engaged third-party cybersecurity professionals, notified law enforcement, and applied the Oracle patch. Credit monitoring services were offered to affected individuals.
