FSV Payment Systems disclosed that an unauthorized third party accessed a website hosted by a service partner between July 22 and July 28, 2013. The breach exposed personal information including names, addresses, Social Security numbers, driver's license numbers, and Payroll Card numbers. The site was shut down immediately. No unauthorized activity on payroll cards was detected. Victims were offered 12 months of identity theft safeguards via Kroll Advisory Solutions.
