First National Bank of Pennsylvania notified consumers of a data incident involving a third-party print and mail vendor. On March 7, 2023, the bank discovered that some printed monthly bank statements ending December 31, 2022, were misaligned during printing, causing some statements to inadvertently include the name and account number of the next printed statement. The bank worked with the vendor to mitigate the impact and enhance quality control. No evidence of identity theft or fraud was found. The bank offered 12 months of credit monitoring through Experian.
