Door Components, Inc. (d/b/a DCI Hollow Metal on Demand) experienced unauthorized access to its systems from April 2, 2023, through April 17, 2023. The company identified suspicious activity on April 17, 2023, and launched an investigation with third-party cybersecurity specialists. The investigation determined that an unauthorized actor had access to certain files and folders containing personal information, including names and contact details. The company completed its review of impacted information on May 11, 2023, and began notifying affected individuals. DCI is offering 12 months of complimentary identity monitoring services through Kroll and is implementing additional administrative and technical safeguards.
