Discovered on October 21, 2021, the breach exposed personal information including names, SSNs, health data, bank account info, and credentials. One NH resident was affected. Walsworth engaged forensic investigators, secured the email platform, and provided credit monitoring and ID theft recovery services to the affected individual.
