DecisionHR Holdings, Inc. notified affected individuals in Montana (and other states) that between November and December 2017, an unknown third party accessed corporate email boxes of three employees without authorization. The emails contained personal information of clients/employees, including employment forms, tax forms, and insurance documentation. DecisionHR implemented password changes, disabled web email access, enforced 2FA for VPN, and provided one year of credit monitoring services.
