An unauthorized actor phished a single employee's credentials and MFA token on November 13, 2025, gaining access to an email inbox. The actor downloaded inbox contents, obtaining Social Security numbers, driver's licenses, and dates of birth. First Advantage disabled the account, engaged forensic experts, and provided 24 months of credit monitoring to affected individuals.
