Integrity Wealth Management (IWM) notified the NH Attorney General of a security incident involving an employee email account. On April 16, 2020, IWM received reports of a suspicious email from an employee, indicating a phishing incident. Forensic investigation confirmed unauthorized access to the account on that date. A review of emails and attachments completed on June 27, 2020, determined that personal information of corporate client employees and direct clients was potentially exposed. Affected data included names, financial account numbers, Social Security numbers, driver's license/state ID numbers, and online account credentials. One New Hampshire resident was affected. IWM implemented additional security measures and offered one year of identity monitoring via Kroll.
