Melissa A. Caouette, Chapter 13 Trustee, notified the New Hampshire Attorney General on February 12, 2026, of a ransomware incident occurring between September 3 and 4, 2025. The Trustee became aware of unauthorized network access on September 5, 2025. The investigation confirmed that personal information, including names and Social Security numbers, of one New Hampshire resident was potentially accessed. The Trustee contained the threat, engaged external forensic professionals, and reported the incident to the FBI and the United States Trustee Office. One resident was notified and offered complimentary credit monitoring services.
