An unauthorized third party gained access to accounts containing a New Hampshire resident's name and Social Security number. OMDA secured the accounts, engaged forensic investigators, notified law enforcement, and provided the affected individual with 12 months of credit monitoring services. The incident was discovered in early 2021, and notification was sent on June 21, 2021.
