The Public School and Education Employee Retirement Systems of Missouri

On September 11, 2021, an unauthorized individual accessed a PSRS/PEERS employee's email account for less than one hour. The account contained files with personal information including names, Social Security numbers, bank account information, and internal account numbers. The organization disabled the account shortly after detection and notified law enforcement. Affected individuals were offered 24 months of Experian IdentityWorks.
