Goldenvoice notified Montana residents of a security incident affecting Coachella festival attendees who picked up wristbands in person. Criminal hackers accessed data between September 2016 and February 2017. Affected data included names, usernames, emails, addresses, birth dates, phone numbers, and government IDs (driver's license, passport). No financial or password data was compromised. Goldenvoice engaged forensic investigators, notified law enforcement, and provided 12 months of identity protection via AllClear ID.
