TriMed, Inc., a California-based commercial entity, reported to the Maine Attorney General that an external system breach (hacking) occurred on September 13, 2025, and was discovered on January 23, 2026. Two Maine residents were affected; the total number of persons affected was not disclosed in the Maine filing. The filing did not enumerate the categories of personal information acquired. Written notifications were sent on March 27, 2026, and TriMed offered 24 months of complimentary Experian IdentityWorks identity theft protection.
