Rev-A-Shelf

Rev-A-Shelf, LLC, a subsidiary of Jones Plastic & Engineering, disclosed a data security incident where unauthorized code was injected into its website between July 12, 2022, and November 28, 2022. The code attempted to capture customer payment information during checkout. The breach was discovered on November 28, 2022. Notifications were sent to 13 New Hampshire residents whose names, addresses, and credit card details may have been compromised.
