Sea Mar Community Health Centers filed a supplemental notice to the New Hampshire Attorney General regarding a data security incident. Unauthorized access occurred between December 2020 and March 2021, resulting in the copying of personal and protected health information, including names, Social Security numbers, and dates of birth. Sea Mar became aware of additional affected data on January 18, 2022, and mailed notifications to 13 New Hampshire residents between March 23 and 28, 2022. The organization engaged independent cybersecurity experts, reported the incident to the FBI, and provided 12 months of complimentary identity monitoring through Kroll.
