Sea Mar Community Health Centers filed a supplemental notice to the New Hampshire Attorney General regarding a data security incident. Unauthorized access occurred between December 2020 and March 2021, resulting in the copying of personal and protected health information, including names, Social Security numbers, and dates of birth.
