Dominion National notified individuals of a data security incident where unauthorized parties may have accessed computer servers starting as early as August 25, 2010. The breach was discovered on April 24, 2019. Data potentially exposed includes names, Social Security numbers, dates of birth, and taxpayer identification numbers of healthcare providers and producers. No evidence of actual misuse was found. The FBI was contacted, and affected individuals were offered two years of credit monitoring via ID Experts.
