TD Bank reported an insider incident in which an employee accessed customer information without a legitimate business purpose on or around June 13, 2024. The breach was discovered in March 2025. Personal information exposed included name, date of birth, phone number, address, account number, Social Security number, and transactional data. Four Maine residents were affected out of 43 total. Affected individuals were offered a 24-month Fraud-Defender identity protection membership.
