Fried, Frank, Harris, Shriver & Jacobson LLP experienced a cybersecurity incident where a single user account was compromised by an unauthorized third party. The attacker used the account to copy files from a shared network drive between October 23 and October 28, 2025. The firm discovered the breach on October 27, 2025, and promptly contained the incident. Personal information of clients and third parties was affected. The firm engaged outside experts, notified law enforcement, and is providing two years of credit monitoring via Equifax.
