TAK Broadband, LLC notified the California AG of a data event in which an unauthorized third party accessed certain TAK systems between August 2–12, 2025 and acquired files containing personal information. The intrusion was discovered on August 11, 2025. A review completed January 14, 2026 confirmed personal information was present in affected files. Affected individuals were offered credit monitoring services through Cyberscout.
