On July 10, 2024, Bassett detected unauthorized occurrences on a portion of its IT systems and shut down some systems, causing manufacturing interruption at domestic plants and delayed retail and wholesale order fulfillment. The threat actor was ejected the same day. Bassett restored affected IT systems and does not believe the incident is reasonably likely to be material to fiscal-year results.
