Praetian Digital, operator of PoliceOne.com, disclosed a 2015 security incident affecting approximately 715,000 forum users. Unauthorized access resulted in the acquisition of email addresses, usernames, dates of birth, and MD-5 hashed/salted passwords. The incident was discovered in February 2017. The company took down the forums, mandated password resets, and conducted a security review. No central database was compromised.
