Atlantic Medical Imaging

Atlantic Medical Imaging (NJ) reported to HHS on 2020-10-06 a Hacking/IT Incident affecting 74,877 individuals. Multiple employees were victims of an email phishing scheme that compromised ePHI stored in email. Exposed data included names, dates of birth, claims information, diagnoses, treatment information, prescription information, and health insurance information. The CE notified HHS, affected individuals, and the media, and implemented additional administrative, technical, and security safeguards.
